EASTEEL has whole lines of  moulds design,make and maintain .More than 20 years experience working in the moulds field can ensure the quality and precision both of moulds and products. Usually it need about 25 days from opening moulds to get samples by trial-run of mould.

EASTEEL has polishing workshop with automatic machines and hand operation machines.Both keep high precision of product.And we insist on 100% inspection to make sure the smooth surface of all polished products.

Galvanizing workshop.In order to adjust to different quantity of orders. We have manual operation galvanizing line for small and short series goods.And have automatic line for mass production. . 100% inspection to ensure 100% good quality.
